The difference between a business idea and a start up company

It's common to meat people with good business ideas that could lead to a successful business. But, either they just keep it as an idea or they are so excited about having it own business that often forget that starting a business, independently the initial investment, its crucial to perform certain steps.
It's understandable all the frenetic energy around the idea of being it own boss or developing something that have dreamed with for years. And all the economic freedom that business can represent to that person, often the better entrepreneur urges from the need of creating it own job or guarantee it own economic independence.
What is not advisable, is to forget that for any business be successful much work have to be done, even before the business actually start working.
After stating this I would dear to say that the difference between a good business idea and an actual start up company is the taken acts to transform that idea to a real business. And those acts are nothing less or more than the necessary steps taken to make that idea into a business. The process, yes I believe it can be called of process because in reality the creation and development of an idea pass by different stages and all those necessary stages it translates to a step-by-step.
Independently the country that individual may be living, in there have been created, by it government, mechanisms dedicated to the creation, support and development of a good business idea. The only thing that the entrepreneur need to do, is to search for those means. If the person for some reason have difficulties on finding those mechanisms there are many professionals dedicated to help and support any good business idea, consulting these professionals it will increase the necessary initial budget, but one thing the person can take as guaranteed the first steps of the business will run a little bit easier. Why easier, well that professional is used to perform all the necessary steps and knows exactly what best strategy it might be useful for that idea becomes into a good business.

Leadership and children

Even before being a mother, I  already believed that being a parent was not just the act of making a child. It demand from us dedication and hard work. You may ask, why hard work, yes hard work.... In my youth I could play on the street and the word bullying didn't existed although the act itself existed. I growth with my mother always available to me, unfortunately my son is not so lucky, so I see myself, as I believe many others, dividing me between being a mother, a professional, a wife and a women.
Why hard work, because as parents we are their mirror, their life example. I truly believe that what we are is going to reflect on their adult life, they learn from us. So we need to be wised when raising a child and here is the hard work. We have to be present on that exact moment they need us, there isn't mummy can't come now or let leave it for later. Yes we can say that to them but its also necessary to explain the reason why can not be in that exact moment, and make sure they understand the reason.
A child is growing and an individual is developing it personality, if we don't educate, explain that personality is in risk.
I believe that every single parent wish, as I do, to their child become successful in future. So we try to give them the best we can give so they can growth successful.

Entrepreneurship is something in our hands, in our mind. How many times we think on developing our own workplace. But after thinking and thinking nothing comes. Perhaps there is a good idea but to scared to risk, the little things we already got.  The answer only comes after taking the risk. Is not easy but is beautiful to see something ours to develop.
